This object can save the current page as HTML to a file.

It can prompt the user to save the current page HTML to a local file, even if the user browser is offline.

The object can create a temporary link and emulate a click on it to force the action to download the current page HTML to a file the user chooses.

The page HTML may contain forms with whatever values the user entered.
