JavaScript Trivia Game Questions: Show and process a trivia questions game

This object can show and process a trivia questions game.

It can retrieve the list of questions from JSON or XML files from the server using AJAX requests.

The object can display the questions and possible answers using a HTML template that has elements identified to show the different text messages of the questions and answers.

The trivia game difficulty has two possible levels. On the easy level the game shows all possible answers. On the difficult level the game requires that the user enters the right answer without seeing any suggestions.

The game sequence may be run in two possible modes. In the consecutive mode it shows all the questions by the order they were stored in the questions file. In the random mode it shows the questions by a random order.

Optionally the user may have a limited period of time to answer each question. The object makes the remaining time to answer show in the page.
