List Box: HTML control for the user select items from a list

This object can add an HTML control to let the user select items from a list.

It adds HTML elements to a page that show a list of items for the user to choose.

The items in the list may be rendered in row with alternating styles. The CSS styles of the list items and the selected item are configurable.

The object may register callback function to handle the event of when the currently selected item is changed.
